The story of Recreate

Hi, and welcome to Recreate. I'm your host, Nate Cunningham (or NatefromNiagara <- to connect on Instagram). I am a recreation therapist and photographer who specializes in outdoor adventure. Recreate was born out of a desire to see more people connect with nature, not only to have fun, but to experience its healing and therapeutic benefits as well.I've spent years learning many of the nooks and crannies nestled throughout Niagara, and I can think of nothing more enjoyable than guiding you on a trail, wildlife encounter, waterfall, or a place to experience a lot of fun and some peace of mind.Happy adventuring!
